Okeechobee Main Street will be hosting the first ever
National Day of the American Cowboy Backyard BBQ Beef Cook-off.
The competition is opened only to local cooks who do not cook on the FBA
circuit as a professional cook. To be eligible to win the grand
prize, you must cook both categories ( Beef Ribs and Beef Brisket).
Judging will be by local people who like to eat.
